Intramural fibroid lateral anterior of utreus marina insertion done in 2007 then no fibroid 2nd time marina in 2013 now ultra sound show 45×44mm intrra mural fibroid but no pain

As u r 50, usually women achieve menopause at this age. Fibroid generally dnt grow after menopause and they shrinks after tht. Plus ur fibroid is asymptomatic so ne need to go for any treatment. But regular follow up 6 monthly is required to assess the size of the fibroid.
