I had provided medicine for intestinal worms to my son 2 months back only. Today he is having severe itching in the stool passing area. Can I give him the Albendenzol medicine again?

Yes you can. Give Syrup Albendazole 200mg/5ml : 10ml stat and 10ml exactly after 2weeks. Also examine the anal area for any secondary infection.
