1st of all i would like to know about your reports of abdominal xray, USG, because only after that a doctor can suggest you that if you need surgery or not.
But if the obstruction is severe, you should go for surgery, otherwise peritonitis can occur.
But again I''ll say without looking at the reports , no one can claim.
