I had a safe intercourse with my boyfriend on 16th Dec, it was supposed to be the date when i get my periods, but it didn't happen, i was scared and conducted a urine based pregnancy test (preganews) it was negative, i did get my periods, but it was delayed by 5 days, it lasted only for 3 days, and the blood flow was clotted and very minimal(compared to other times) the last we had sex before the 16th was 2 months ago, 14th oct, I did have periods, after that twice, but the second time yet the flow was less, my question is, what might be the reason for this interrupted cycle and irregular blood flow? Should i be conducting another pregnancy test? Changes in diet? Yes, sugar intake is reduced.... And acidic(citrus fruit) intake has been increased a bit...
