Patient is not responding or brain is not responding due to internal bleeding in veins inside cranial region in brain. Under observation and ventilator.. Please urgently advice currently doctors suggest no operation possible.

If the bleeding is due to low platelet count, surgery cannot be done unless platelet count comes back to normal (at least 70,000 to 80,000). Moreover if Bleeding is confined to one area, surgery can be done to remove it. If the bleeding is diffuse, surgery is not helpful.
