Intermittent piercing pain on left side, near back of head for past two days History of OCD, peripheral vision fixation, anxiety type personality, getting stuck on thoughts for past year Control over right hand not 100% for past year Used to get twitching of eyes in past

Hello. After reading your history,  you should go for MRI BRAIN WITH CONTRAST, and first of all seek opinion of a good Neurologist to have accurate diagnosis cause complaints are numerous. Take care and have a hasty recovery. Bye.
