Intermittent pain abdomin with nausea.

My 12 year old daughter has abdominal cramps with nausea every now and then. She eats very little. Water intake is also not sufficient coz of strict washroom rules in school. Has under gone all necessary investigation about a couple of yrs bck but inconclusive. Scanning reports showed a swollen appendix but surgery wasn't adviced by the specialist. The attack lasts for abt 2-3 hours and sometimes she says it's in the RIF. Am totally confused as to what it could be...
