Your BMI(Body mass index ) is normal, it's 21.6 kg/m2.
So you are not over weight, healthy weight for you can range between 48 to 66 kg.
So your goal seems right, to maintain and not to loose weight.
I guess if with your current life style you are able to stay within the normal BMI range, you should continue with the same and any sort of fasting is not advisable as per me.
Secondly, even then to maintain your weight and to even lose few pound you need to make healthy choices, rather than fasting and do exercise.
A 150 min of cardio exercises(walking) weekly or 30 min of cardio exercises for 5 days a week is good to maintain good cardiac health.
You can also pursue yoga and Pranayam and especially meditation to maintain your weight.
