Intermittent fasting

I am a 30 year old female with hba1c level of 7.5. I have been a fibromyalgia sufferer for about three years now,as my body doesnt support for heavy exercises,I do brisk walking about 60mins everyday. But over these three years being on anxiety medications,I have gained about 6kgs and my hba1c level also increased. I used to do intermittent fasting about an year ago when my hba1c was not too high. Now since I am diabetic,I am not sure if I can do intermittent fasting because I want to lose weight as I am insulin resistant. Can someone suggest if its okay to do intermittent fasting when diabetic.

Weight loss and diet consult. Better to shift on a very low carbohydrate diet. More we can discuss.

Yes it's okay , but I would recommend meditation to relieve anxiety rather than medication. Please consult if needed

You can but needs medication adjustment accordingly so you are safe and don’t have low sugars or ketosis when u fast. But it’s not the best sustainable long term solution for weight loss. Better to change your diet to something that is sustainable for life. Your walks are good but I’m sure your diet has room to change
