We Are Trying for pregnancy , till 13th day we joined well, on 14th day which Was ovulation day (tested positive in ovulation urine test) due to various issues was not able to join,Will that work? Should we join on 15th, 16th day ? Please clarify .

Yes it works,  you should join on 15 th and 16 th day as well. You people joined on 13th day that is also good because sperms survives inside female body for 3-5 days. Don't worry.
