Pulmonologist prescribed mucomeg AM, ebast DC, and montelukast and fexafenadine tablet for chest irritation due to post nasal drip and sinusitis. I have anxiety issues so psychiatrist prescribed sertraline 25 and clonazepam 0.25 . Any interactions or problems with above medicines ?

No significant  drug interactions  would be likely  to occur if Sertraline  or clonazepam are taken with those other prescribed medications. However,  clonazepam should  not  be  taken for indefinitely long durations, as it has potential  for developing  addiction/ dependence in the long run. It should be tapered down in dose, based on your requirement, after consultation with a Psychiatrist.

Both drugs are quite safe in terms of interactions. However clonazepam shouldn't be continued for long and can be tapered as per response.
Next Steps
Can continue medicines without hesitation. In case of excessive sedation can stop clonazepam.

You can take them. No significant interaction in this combination. However you may not need clonazepam in longterm.
