My wife is at 22 weeks pregnant.In altrasound scanning internal is widened by 2.5cm was diagnosed .Is this hurry thing?(She is having cervical incompetence and cervical stitch was done at 13 week of pregnancy)

Please share ultrasound report. If already Cervical stich is present then os diameter and Cervical length needs to be monitored
