Intake Vitamin d3 tab during pregnancy

Just before 1 month I have taken vitamin d3 dose for myself for 1 month (4tabs). Now I am 6 weeks pregnant and Doctor prescribed vitamin d3 supplements again . Should I take it or skip it because I have already taken 1 month before ?
