Kidney, thyroid normal. On methylated B-complex for homocysteine. Questions: With HTN + insulin resistance + ApoB 97 + LDL 129 at 29, start statin/ezetimibe now or lifestyle first? Is Cilnidipine alone adequate for my profile? Need echo/calcium score at my age? Started my weight loss journey. Am i right candidate for glp1?
