At your age people usually stay up late in the night. This can usually become habitual. Please try some of the following sleep hygeine techniques. It settles the problem in most of the people.
Avoid daytime naps.
Avoid tea ,coffee, caffeinated drinks and colas after evening hours.
Get regular physical exercise earlier in the day.
Avoid TV, mobile ,and computer screen near bed time.
