Hi! I bit my bottom lip pretty hard the other day and it was a little swollen the next morning. It’s been a couple days the inside of my lip Has a very big irregular white/yellowish mark on it. It hurts to eat (it hurts a lot for certain things) and sometimes I just painful in general. What is it? How do I help it?

Have bland food as much as possible and apply dologel 5-10 mins before eating anything.
