The doctor had advised inserting ear plugs while bathing, ignored and now feel ear cavity tissues dissolved/insensitive after an assault on the head during a fight. Can I drop hydrogen peroxide or any ear drops?

Hello....  No don't use hydrogen peroxide on your own..  It's not suggested for surface wound as it lead to death of normal living cell.. Hear plug preventive water reaching ear canal..  Ear examination  is required.... Canal should be visualized again. Consult ent specialist...
