1.Tab Pan 40 mg twice daily before meals. 2. Tab Medrol 16 mg once daily after meals. 3. Tab Allegra 180 mg once daily after meals. 4. Follow for 5 days and revert if needed  5. Fucidin and Momate cream to be applied twice daily

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  As of now, i would advise you give her a tab. Levocetrizine 5mg twice a day after food. Hello there...I can understand your concern. From the picture it looks like she has developed acute eczema. She will need topical steroid and antibacterial cream combination. So kindly consult a dermatologist for further management. For itching she can take levicetrizine. Try to do warm saline compresses at home. It will help reduce the oozing.
