Hello! Advan thf contains tretinoin along with hydroquinone and steroid. The tretinoin component can turn your skin red. Few things to remember when applying this cream - apply very small quantities on concern area at night.  Do not apply on very dry skin. Apply sunscreen in the morning. If irritation and redness persist better to stop medication and consult your dermatologist.
