Insect bite in pregnancy

I am currently 23 rd week pregnant. The area I live I am finding small black insects they jump and sits on the skin and wherever they sit it is itching a lot and then small red bump like coming up. It's very itchy. No puse and blood. Are these harmful and affect the baby . I am really scared . Kindly refer the picture and advise
