Insane bloating

I recently have gotten sick and was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection. Along with that came some insane bloating. I'm a pretty skinny person so I know it's not sudden weight gain overnight or anything. I honestly look 5 months pregnant and it's quite uncomfortable at this point. It's been going on for two days now. Is this kind of bloating normal when sick and what should I do to get rid of it?

HELLO, NO, USG WHOLE ABDOMEN KUB. ASCITIS?? AS PREVIOUS HISTORY OF RESPIRATORY INFECTION MAY LEADS TO SUCH DISTENSION. CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN MD.OK
