I have been having inner thigh chafing. around the chaffed area skin got dark. and its crusted. PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO HEAL THIS PROBLEM.

The maceration is due to constant presence of sweat, synthetic or tight clothes and friction. Keep the area dry, by leaving it exposed and dry with a hand fan or hair dryer. Wear loose cotton clothes. You will need a prescription antiinflammatory cream from a dermatologist.
