I am experiencing soft-like humming and vibrations in my inner ear and i am also experiencing clicking noises whenever I attempt to swallow, chew, or talk. I wear foam earplugs on a routine basis including throughout the night to prevent loud noise and I believe that it might have something to do with these problems, however I am not sure. I would

This symptom is called tinnitus .may occur due to various reasons..need to be evaluated.. visit an ENT specialist for assessment. clicking sound is due to eutachian tube opening.
