You should take rest after each fight to get complete recovery. You should do cryotherapy after match. You can do aqua therapy to strengthen your muscles and ligaments.

Recovery after a fight is a must. Ice bath and contrast bath is a very common help for it. Remedial massage in between would help and If you swim then hydrotherapy is a good way too. You should have a look at focusing on core workouts, they may help. Also look at Pilates as an option in this process. Intermittently attending physio with a therapist to assess decend body allignment is good also.
