Myself i had an injury in my left ear due to somebody slap me. I feel pain inside my ear and there a sound. What will i do now..?

You may have developed traumatic perforation of ear drum fuel to slap. Usually perforation will heal over few weeks. You should keep your ear dry and not put any drops. For pain you can use simple over the counter analgesics for few days
