Injection given without ipv in 45days

My son born on 17th November 2017. Doctor injected 45days injection on 2nd January 2018 without ipv. He said that you have to go to the government hospital and inject there. But the government hospital they didn't agree to inject ipv bcoz they said that you have to inject same brand at the same time. I am scaring if ipv was not given wat happen to him. Please Doctor solve my problem
