Hello, I've been recently diagnosed with small Inguinal hernia(6mm) and Grade 1 left vericocele(2.7 mm) via USG. I'm worried as to what caused these two issues and how should I proceed ? Is surgery necessary for both these issues ? I'm not yet married and was planning to have marriage by next year. Now I don't know whether to even get married in this life considering these ailments. Pls someone help me with your genuine guidance.
