My past medical history: 1. Intestinal obstruction kocks TB in 2013.Right cervical lymph node TB iIncisional hernia in 2016 4. Hypo thyroidism since 2 to 3 years 5.Left tube partial spillage ,Rt spillage 6.Ivf 1st cycle with our own embryos in sep 2017 and Cervical cerclage done in nov 2017but abortion became in jan 2018 due to gestational diabetes and acute chorioamnoitis stage 2 maternal response. If i go for 2nd ivf cycle with self and donor embryos or can i get natural pregnancywithmedicines

It depends, not necessary to repeat in next cycle  u can go for 2nd  one with ur own embryos gestational diabetes if under control is not a big issue
