Hello, I want to know can shilajit (asphaltum) and ashwagandha can be used by women? Can breastfeeding women can take it? Suggest any good tablet of asphaltum and ashwagandha.

It’s good if one can avoid mineral preparations during lactation. But if it’s needed in c/o management of Diabetes etc with precaution can b taken ... there are thousandas of formulations with these medicines
