Inflammatory pus filled pimples

Hi, I am facing inflammation around my nose folds, and pus filled pimples are coming and going. I used clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide but it didn't work. I had  amoxicillin potassium clavulanate tablets twice a day for 5 days and it cleared up completely but it caused mild diarrhea. Now again after 15 days my skin around nose got inflamed. This time I used tea tree oil and neem as home remedies but it didn't work for me. Kindly suggest skme solutions. I checked on google and found that it can be sebhoric dermattis, roseacea or nose acne. Don't know what is that but need cure asap.
