I am 22 weeks pregnant during my first trimester doctor gave me routine blood test in which my heamoglobin level came 10.9 and now during my second trimester recently I did my routine blood test in which again my heamoglobin came 10.2 what should I do I am taking iron medicine daily eating healthy still why it is not increasing plss suggest me ??
