Sir i have no child. my sperm count is nil.occasional immature spermatoza in testicular  biopsy report. can i born own child with immature spermatoza through ivf.plz tell me

hello there. a sperm has to be mature to be able to travel to the egg. mature sperm and mature egg fuse to form a zygote which goes on further development to become a new life. I'm sorry to say this but the sperm has to be mature. regards
