Hii I have follicular study on 16 th Oct my doctor said that your egg is ruptured and I have a doubt I didn't get period till now means 2 days late but I am having dry vagina and acne on my face and lower abdomen pain and my doubt is why I didn't get my period my endometrial lining is 9.4 mmm

You are trying for pregnancy may be you have conceived.So do Pregnancy test either by urine or blood.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy.
