My husband is having azoospermia n a heavy varicocele on the right side n left side is hypoplastic or absent n we dont have kids

  Grade 3 to 4 Varicocele is one of the  cause of  azospermia .  You need  to consult a   andrologist  for  proper evaluation of your husband and then  plan  further .  Sometime with correction of varicocele only  things work other wise you can go for IVF
