Is it difficult to conceive with AMH 1.9 and prolactin 31 with large uterine fibroids? Will getting the posterior wall uterine fibroids removed reduce my fertility more ????

It's depends on size of fibroid as well as type of fibroid & your AMH & Prolactin level is high so difficult to concieve but  not impossible
