I got married in Apr 2018 and conceived in jan 2020 but due to some reason doctor has given me methotreaxate injection since then am trying to conceive but not able to ,despite all reports are normal. in july 2023 my laproscopy has been done doctor found tb bacteria in my uterus and given me follic acid, multivitamin and forecox medicine. still i am not able to conceived yet can u please suggest what could be the reason .
