I am trying from 1 and half year last year October I go to gyno for treatment and I diagnosis with thyroid after she gave me some tablets for that but after few months I did not conceived .next she suggested me for follicular monitoring and the problem my follicular are small in size but repture on time she gave me letrizole 5 mg I done with 2 cycles but not conceived till now .I dnt know what to do next ? Should go for letrizol again or change my doctor or try another option please suggest??

If you thyroid hormone levels are normal, and there is no other problem, then you can go for letrozole again.

Ideally 3-6 cycles of ovulation induction and follicular monitoring is done. Get you husband's semen analysis also done if not done.

First thing you have to do is relax your mind... trust your doctor, follow her advice clearly.. avoid stress and tensions.. all those matters a lot in conceiving.. follow accordingly.
