Hi ,my tsh level is 5.4 and i am planning for pregnancy but not concieveing since one year. what can i do

Get free t3 and free t4 blood tests done in empty stomach as your tsh is on a higher side for people trying to conceive. And get your self evaluated as to whether u need treatment or it's just subclinacal hypothyroidism.
