Hello Dr my right ovary is normal in size shape and echotexture .largest follicle measures 18×15mm it is irregular in shape after ovulation .no dominant follicle seen in left ovary .free fluid seen in cul -de-sacs ..is there any possibility of conception .plz advise me

As per your query    . If ovulation has happened  you can conceive  . There are other parameter s and evaluation to be done for conception.
