Have 25 days cycle.unable to conceive for one year, took leterozole for five days but Tvs showed  follicular growth stopped after 12 mm  till 17th day..one submucousal fibroid of 15 mm is also in endometrial cavity..though no such symptoms  except infertility.. can I get pregnant with this fibroid or it could cause miscarriage later?what to do ..very tensed.

It is a very small fibroid. I think first you should be evaluated for infertility. Or atleast would like to see report. There could be endocrinlogical abnormality leading to no growth of follicle. Please connect for further information. Also I suggest start talking supplements promoting ovum health.
