Inferiority complex,low self confidence.

I have been suffering from this inferiority complex, loe self confidence and low self esteem. Being know that I am worthy for everything I feel very low and unworthy.I dont know how to cope up with this,have tried every possible ways,not working for me. Having trust issues with my bf.Knowing how much he loves me and how much he is loyal. Still trust issues and constantly comparing myself to others.feeling interior for no reason. No confidence n low self esteem. Please help me to start a new life
