I am doing Jal neti morning and evening with Saline Water as prescribed by Doctor. My question is can I get relief from this process or I should add some other medications as well .Plz suggest. I have been suffering from inferior turbunate hypertrophy.

I would like to know the problems or symptoms you are experiencing because of the turbinate hypertrophy.also whether you are a person with history of nasal allergy. In that case plain saline won't help much.
