Infection, redness , itchy Vaginal-anus

Hello Dr., We are travelling and my 2 year old daughter got some infection around her the vulva and anus area. Infected area is red with little dots and is itchy. She is uncomfortable. We are applying anti-rash cream and trying to keep her without diaper for sometime in a day but no improvement. Please guide with proper medication and precaution. Aakash Verma
