Infection probability

I'm very very scared I have a few small dandruff wounds on my head and we went to the beach yesterday. My friend splashed some water and a little might have fallen on my head. The ocean has some very deadly bacteria so is there any risk of infection? My scalp feels soft after washing my hair.
