Infection in throat, due to allergy like lemon mango and other fruit in this category. There is any vaccine to prevent from allergies. I consult to dr and taking monocef cv 250mg but this is not solution. I just want permanent vaccinations

Infection and allergy are two different things...if  are taking antibiotics thsn its an infection..there is no vaccine to prevent that
