the best and perfect medication can be given after culture and sensitivity but just now you can follow the following regime. 1st -do cold compresses with ice for 2to3 minutes  several times a day 2nd -follow isolation ie don't shake hand,dont share your hanky and other belongings with anybody 3rd-put (moxifloxacin)eye drops e.g. Moxicip 2hourly 4th-ciplox eye pint at bed time. follow it for 3days and give feedback thanks
