Infected nose piercing not healing

My nose piercing got infected and after taking oral and topical antibiotics I am not seeing much difference It's a dark color around the piercing and it's ugly too. I'm very much concerned here Please help me to cure this I have applied fucidin cream. Hhfudic cream and oral antibiotics including Allegra Please please give me a good medicine for fast relief

It could be post inflammatory hyperpigmentation or hypertrophic scar.  Very difficult to say without pics. You need to visit a plastic surgeon near you for evaluation and further treatment. The conditions are treatable but not without proper evaluation.
