Ine day fever not reducing

My son is suffering from Fever since last yday. Temp between 100 to 104.Crocin syrup is being taken with interval of 6 hrs, but no relief. Is it advisable to visit a doctor if fever is not reducing since last 1 day and temp ranging between 100 to 104, keeping, Dengue/ChickenGunea/Malaria/Typhoid cause in mind.

Since it is a high grade fever and more than 48 hours , visit your Pediatrician for evaluation
