My stomach full in morning I have taken constipation medicine and gas medicine but not work. My food not digest properly. At night I have to take fiber churn. But in in morning my stomach full. I have shown to gastro but not relief.

You may be having dyssynergia defecation. Get colonoscopy and anorectal manometry done
