I have a problem of indigestion since 6 month and in my stomach gas frormed and due to this my stomach is paining

First take care of basic issues like 1. Diet: nonspicy food at regular intervals. Bowel habit: Ensure you do not have constipation. Take adequate fibers in food.3. Sleep: Have at least 8 hrs of sleep. 4. Address stress issues if any. 5. Can take common antacids.6. Avoid smoking and alcohol. If still you have your problem, you need a clinical assessment. See a doctor.
